    For that budget, the most decent one is probably the Sennheiser HD-280 Pro. I had two pairs which I used from 2003 - 2013. Loved them until I upgraded to V-Moda.

    They are both over-the-ear headphones. The 7506 has gold plating on the plugs. I personally haven't found the V6 - or I'd probably buy it. As it is, I've purchased 3 7506s...

    I forgot to answer the question. I use them in all mobile gigs and haven't had an issue. I would say that they have decent but not phenomenal isolation.
