Can this be worth it? Is there anything like this that is free?

It's a 20+ set of videos for $90. I think that there's a ton of free material but none of it is organized in this way.

IMHO, if you need a great kickstart to understanding the basics and you want it spoon-fed to you, this is a decent enough way to go.

Can you direct me to some of the free material you're talking about?

You tube is filled with it... You'll likely not find much in the master class you wont find for free. The Zimmer one might be better.

KSHMR tutorials on splice youtube are the best I've seen, no BS! straight to the point, with all the points.

This has by far been the most talked about production video tutorial of my life. I wonder if it's good.

Here's a link that you might find helpful:

There is a certain assumption that you'll have to track down the topics individually as convenience carries a premium. Keep in mind also that most will assume that you want to learn about technical concepts such as recording, mastering, managing clipping, etc. There are other creative concepts such as song-writing, composition, beat making, working with samples, etc.

It's a BIG beastie... but so worth it.
