Now that I am meeting the requirements for the «Mix Submissions» thread.... what's next? How do I get the thread buttons for posting???? Who do I ask?
a) Accumulate 30 posts by participating in any area of the forum and,
b) Be a member in good standing for a minimum period of 30 days.

you need to get some rep from another member or wait 30 days.
As you become eligible to post in that section, the button will become available to you automatically. The permissions are set in the programming of the software/program.
