Hep with ID of deep house track with french spoken word

For sure it's a deep house track-

all I can recall is that the vocals are spoken (not sung) and it is a man whom appears to be cursing in french... and as the breakdown unfolds his "anger and rage" grow as does the tone and volume of the words and then the track picks back up... if it helps it was played on dogglounge radio about 6 months ago... however I know I have heard it before as far back as 5 years or maybe more (in other words, it's not a new track)
