WooHoo... here we go. Thanks for setting it up, Jon.

I'd appreciate all feedback from people who do listen to the mixes as it'll help me to improve.

Best of luck, KickAssDJ25. May the best DJ win

I like mix 2. More of a variety and a progressive up and down feel to it.

Listening now, will vote in a few minutes; tell me this after the the battle is over, or pm me, but in Mix 2, is that a remix of Michael Cassette's Crockett's Theme?

    *edit*

Mix 2, beatmatching pretty off in middle of the set, otherwise, most of the transitions were fine I guess; and tbh, I wanted to vote for this mix just because of the Crockett's Theme track in it. You need to work on your set flow though, the track selection felt a bit weird and juxtaposed in many places.

Mix 1, not going to lie, I really dislike that kind of Electro House; the new age poppy, Afrojack/Swedish House Mafia sounding vocal electro house. However, everything flowed nicely; good transitions etc., everything was pretty much on point

Based on technical ability, and even though the track selection wasn't really to my liking, I can see why other people might like this set in a club, my vote goes to Mix 1.

Mix 1 : Good proggressive house selection, but the electro house tracks were a little dull. Transitions were great, every one was on point, just played the songs till the end and mixed out which is kind of corny because the songs are played too long.

Mix 2: Like with ness, the set flow was a little weird, and the transitions were choppy in the middle.

My vote goes to mix 1.

As others have mentioned, mix #2 had a weird flow to it. It's a good set but between the two I voted for MIx #1
