    Djing is such a hassle, especially having to plug 2 extra cables. Saving money while acquiring better gear becomes almost irrelevant at that point

    that mixer is awful big. but sound is not as good.

    Never said it was bad by any means. My main grief about pioneer is the extortionate amount of money you have to pay for their products.

    It is an incredible mixer, the standard equipment top end DJ's use at big production shows, big clubs, ect. However I believe it is a bit overpriced... If you are going to be DJn at a club, most clubs already have their own set up and I would not want to be carrying around a DJM-2000 and CDJ-2000's if thats what you plan on getting. One thing is that they will hold their value more than other companies like Behringer, Numark, ect. If its gonna be for a club, it will be the last mixer you will ever have to buy.

    djm 800 or 900 hands down, I think Pioneer thinks they can change something that never needed to be changed, just improved. Having the touchscreen and eq slider things is just, quite frankly, unnecessary.
