    I learned how to beatmatch on vinyl but I honestly don't enjoy vinyl that much. If I never knew what a CDJ was I would continue DJing yes, if CDJs were suddenly zapped away from the planet and I had to continue with vinyl I would be annoyed but would continue DJing.

    Playing vinyl doesn't mean you're a better DJ than someone who doesn't. Being able to play vinyl DOES make you a better DJ than someone who can't.

    If I have the current love for house music, I'll still be doing it. However, it took me a while to get into house so I'm not sure I'd have gained the same interest if not for the ease of use with a laptop. However, if everyone were magically forced to use vinyl tomorrow I'd love it. Itd weed out a ton of casuals and make room for talented DJs. It's be awesome. Only downside is that it'd cost a shit ton to press my Originals, edits and mashups to vinyl
