I should probably close the original How to upload thread, the old site is no longer in service. Current procedures are here http://www.djforums.com/forums/showt...ing-procedures as already posted above. Upload to a host of your choice, I prefer dropbox if you know how to use it and just PM me the link. This is the procedure we have been going with for a couple years now.
