Thread: How many tracks do you burn to CD?

Any free ways to do this? Haha

The 1 track per CD is waste of money, time and effort. CDs are not vinyl.

    Agreed!

Yes, with iTunes. Check the "CD-Text" box before you burn.

Well, as expected, there are lots of great opinions here.

I think labeling 10-12 might be a bit of a bitch to reference on one CD in a dark environment. The writing/print would be pretty small by the time you include BPM and genre.

EP size makes a fair amount of sense as well.

Any suggestions on how to label efficiently for 10-12 tracks per CD without needing a magnifying glass? I don't have a label printer, so it's Sharpie all the way.

And thanks to Andrew for the suggestion with Itunes text identify.

Sometimes I write something on the sleeve that identifies the overall content: Artist, label, genre, whatever, without listing tracks.

Sometimes I'll print out a tracklist and place it in the sleeve in front of the CD.
