Carbon fiber vinyl time!

Took the whole plate off. The decks were originally a 1200 Limited edition. But unfortunately, it was so beaten up that some parts were severely damaged and the platters were eaten by corrosion. So I had to refurbish them and wrapped with the CF decal instead on painting the main diecast frame.

What a shame that they were mistreated... but at least you brought them back!

I have no idea how to take these things apart... but maybe I'll try.

I use some of the carbon fiber thin cover material on the roll bar in my race car. The side bars that I crawl over a lot. It looks great and is harder than woodpecker lips.
