Rane 62 - this should just work, right?

Got a gig coming up in a few weeks. One serato guy, 3 traktor guys. The serato guy is providing gear, including a rane 62. I'm thinking if I use an audio-8 and the multicore cables, I can run phono from the turntables to the multicore phono input, and then the phono out to the phono in on the 62. The. Run the line outs from the audio-8 into the line ins on the 62. So to switch, serato guy goes usb into the mixer, and selects the usb option on the input selector. Traktor guys go usb into the audio-8 and switch the input selectors on the 62 to line-in. Should work for everyone but I'm not very familiar at all with serato or the 62, so looking for confirmation. It should be just like an extended RCA from turntables to mixer for the serato guy, correct?

That sounds right to me, but I haven't done it.

Thanks gents, I think it'll work just fine. Traktor just won't be able to take advantage of any of the midi features of the mixer (unless a separate usb cable is applied I guess).
