    Dotz tbar

I've seen a couple of videos on it but no reviews on how they actually perform, how they compare to others and no real event footage. Does anyone use these?

Following. I got a great quote from one of my favorite vendors, but was waiting for more real world reviews.

If I remember correctly, the sound active chases are very fast, sometimes creating an unwanted strobe effect. These bars are a great idea, I just haven't seen one yet that performs how I want it to

What's the advantage to using a system like this compared to bar fixtures?

All in one, for easy setup. Programmed chases.

Personally, I'm thinking of ordering a single Dotz par on its own to check it out. Maybe replace all my wash lights for the bands, since I like how the faces look.

Great review. I use the DOTZ pars and I really like them. I don't have the DOTZ TBar because I use the DOTZ Floods.

The video lacks event footage. Dotz flood look good but every image shows them on the ground for some reason. They look really bright. Are they too bright?

No, they are great for any size room. I did a wedding this past friday and the room was kind of small, so I pointed them to the ceiling. They cost more but they have been the best investment I've made. I like them better than my moving heads.
