Mostly on soundcloud. Mixcloud is geared more towards DJs but I prefer soundclouds interface. Never posted a mix or track on YT.

I use house-mixes.com. Mainly because you don't have to put up a track list, there is no copyright BS, anybody can download your mixes, and you can have as many mixes as you want. I have a few on youtube, but it takes forever to upload a mix on there.

Soundcloud... and just realized they reduced the prices. I remember joining a few years ago and it was mad $$$$$... Now its really affordable minus the copyright detector.
SoundCloud (mainly), Mixcloud, YouTube, Mixcrate and dedicated hosting.
