If there's a performing artist act that i want to market in south asia. How do i go about doing this. Lets say we design newsletters to send by email to all the entertainment managers and event promoters. Should i mention the cost of the act per duration slab in the promotional newsletter itself. Or should i never mention price in the initial promo campaign. The problem is the act involves a lot of equipment and i keep getting inquiries with people expecting that the budget will be low or average which it is not.

Any helpful ideas how i should go about marketing such a show ?
