Often when people are trying to decide on speakers, the question of susceptibility to the elements comes into play. I found this system by following a product announcement on ProSoundWeb.
This looks to me, based on the spec sheet, like roughly the equivalent of a QSC K15 (yes, I know they don't actually make that model) over a KW181, but made to withstand the elements. A top plus a sub costs almost $6000, so $12000 for a proper SOS setup, but you will never have to worry about rain closing down your show because you were afraid for your gear. And the amps in these powered speakers are PowerSoft. I say they look like K/KW because of the 1000w amp, DSP, physical appearance and approximate SPL rating.
