Alternative cleaning products for TTM57sl fader cleaning.

What up yall. I gotta a problem.

My 57 fader became stiff and needs some cleaning. I know about Deoxit but thats out of the question.

I'm in the Philippines and cant find that product anywhere. Not even the musical instrument/pro audio stores over here have anything to clean mixers which is wack.

My question is, what are some good alternatives that I can use that I can probably find at a hardware store (they have an Ace Hardware store here) or an electronics store.

Isopropyl Alcohol, you can get it online or in like a hardware store.
