Yesterday was Record Store Day, and I headed out with my 5-year-old son X (who was quite well-behaved) on a mission around Tulsa to score some RSD exclusives. I know I bought a bit too much for my budget, but I wanted to get them while they were still available.
For the most part, I got quite lucky. Most of these won't garner much respect from a DJ standpoint, but here's what I got:

- Katy Perry - "Part of Me" (Jacques Lu Cont Thin White Duke Mix) opaque pink vinyl 12". Wow, what an impressively thick slab of vinyl!
- Childish Gambino - "Heartbeat" opaque red vinyl 12".
- Garbage - "Blood for Poppies" opaque white vinyl 7" with Butch Vig remix.
- Foster the People - "Broken Jaw"/"Ruby" translucent orange vinyl 7".
- Florence + the Machine - "Shake It Out" 7" with the Weeknd Mix.
- Lana Del Rey - "Born To Die"/"Blue Jeans" 7" with Damon Albarn remixes of both tracks. This turned out to be the most impressive of the batch, musically... both the remixes are quite good.
