My new track! Label says its too compressed?!

So, I just made a new track. Im really happy with it. The label i sent it to, says the drop is too compressed. What do you guys think?

Great track but I think it needs more of a kick. See if you can get a more deeper/aggressive kick for the drop

I mean, it sounds okay on my speakers but if you're planning to submit the track to labels you want to keep an uncompressed project file to send them so they can mess with it if they want. This goes to all the newbies reading this. You always save your original project file. Save a separate file before you attempt "postproduction", especially if you dont know what youre doing or have the slightest doubt about mastering. The label has the ability to make it sound awesome.

its pretty quiet in comparison to other tracks. That first drop is realllyyy muddy the kick is almost not even there like noted above, I think you have a really good knowledge of track layout/production.

your second drop is SUPER compressed

all in all, its a really nice idea, that just needs some fine tuning
Need a new Global Trance avatar, takers? :p

The drop is getting really limited, instead of compressing it this much you could EQ and try to use more of your frequency range. Also think the build up is missing a lot of "Power"! Melodie + break is pretty good man! I would work on using a bit more of your frequencys and make the build-up a little more wild^^!

I liked it, but as has been said, the breakdown is way too compressed and maybe needs abit more variation?

I loved the bit after the first breakdown mind. That sounds nice the pluck and guitar sound you have, really liked that!

Defo has potential, basically the breakdown lets the track tbh. Work on that, and what other posters have said. and you have yourself a club banger for sure!

    Keep it up dude!
