Top40 Songs You Actually Like?
So, I know Top40 isn't everyone's favorite genre around here but...There's gotta be some recent songs you maybe kinda like a bit?POST EM UP!
"Jay Z - Holly Grail" is one that i dig right now, Not sure why. I'm not even a hiphop/rap fan, but this songs just stuck in my head all the time. It comes on at work all the time and i get all "turnt up"I like the mixture between JT's vocal breakdowns and Jay Z's rapping. Really cool and well executed collab in my opinion.

Is it just me, or are the top 40 songs getting worse and worse? I remember when there were always a handful of good ones but now it seems like there are times when NOTHING good comes out for a while. Some songs are so bad, they actually make me mad when I hear them lol.
But there are some exceptions. I like "Get Lucky."
Jay-Z's rapping annoys the hell out of me for some reason, so none of the songs with him in it for me lol.
For the most part, it's about being poppy enough to sell iTunes downloads and get clearchannel to broadcast your song on their playlist.
Yes, exactly. Not to sound like a snob, but there's no "substance," as they say, in 90% of new music.
