Syncing audio from multiple computers to live video

Hey everyone, sorry if this question is rather basic or not in the right spot. A few friends of mine host a weekly EDM night thats been growing pretty big. We were thinking that it'd be pretty sweet if we could get a live video/audio feed to stream over the net. We know how to do it with only one machine, but when there's 4 computers in the mix at the same time we're not too sure what to do... Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

You would all have to run audio into one source (aka a single mixer) and run a single output into a line-in on a computer.
