Guaranteed none of you would know what to do when it comes to changing the frequency and saturation of an effect in a live set anyway. Whatever makes you guys feel better about talking in a forum where no one knows you and you can try to sound "cool" because you're anti-mainstream and root for the DB4.

Really, man? I'm pretty sure I've been DJing since before you were born. Not to mention that I have experience with both the DB4 and the 900. I'm not "rooting" for anything; I don't care what you buy.

Edit: My point is not to put anyone down, but rather to point out that you guys act like the DB4 is far superior an option to the 900, when in reality, it's just not...they're both top of the line mixers that do everything very well. The DB4 does some things better than the 900 and the 900 does some things better than the DB4.

The DB4 is superior. It's not even a fair comparison. There are plenty of reasons people choose a 900 over a DB4, but being a better mixer is not one of them.

When you engage slip mode, using the player to loop, scratch or reverse will maintain the realtime play position of the audio as if you had never entered those modes. In other words, if you were to create a loop of "1, 2, 3, 4" and loop it once, while the loop is playing, you don't hear the song progressing through "5, 6, 7, 8", and when you exit the loop, the next thing you hear is "9, 10, 11, 12".
