Serato projector Mapping

Saw some crazy projection setup on Dj Tech tools. They take a projector and maps it to project the Scratch live UI onto your set up. You can have graphics on your vinyl and it spins and reacts in real time. The Serato wave forms appear on either side of your mixers line faders and an output meter in between the faders. Your library and such appear in the space above your setup and im guessing they are using the vinyl scroll feature as well. Take a look

What are your thoughts on it? I think its cool "wow" factor but not really practical.
