RIP DJ/producer Scott Hardkiss, aka God Within

I'm shocked that I'm the first one to post about this. San Francisco DJ and producer Scott "Hardkiss" Friedel (aka God Within, who released the legendary club track "Raincry") passed away two days ago at the age of 43.

I still haven't read or heard the actual cause of death. What a bummer.

    RIP.

Sad news indeed. Been an on and off follower for years. First heard him (as I'm sure many others did too) from Sasha & Digweeds Northern Exposure mix CD.

The reason why is because most of the newer generation have no idea who he or the Hardkiss guys are and how big of an influence they've had on rave culture.

This is such a sad loss. Him and Robbie used to come to DC A LOT back in the day. I loved seeing them play.

I found out it was an aneurism. Not sure if it was related to his corneal transplant.
