2 click Flares (Help)

Could Someone Please tell me or show me how do u lay this scratch over slower tempo hip-Hop!
Dam Near all the Music coming out of the south are real low bpm range 50 to 70 bpms.
?Can 2 click Flare Hi Hats,Snare,Bass Kicks,?

The record movement is a baby scratch, essentially, so obviously that can be done at any speed. Also, with slow beats, sometimes DJs will double time their scratching, or jump in and out of single and double time.

You can do a 2-click flare on most sounds/samples, but if it's really short, you might not be able to fit the clicks in.

It's just a case of practicing really. If you're competent at 2-click flares over faster beats, perhaps try slowing the beat down every so often and working your way down to those slower BPMs.
