Traktor hardware + Virtual DJ Compatibility

Hey Gang,

I just picked up Traktor Scratch Pro Duo 2 software and hardware, but I hate the software.

Does anyone know if I can run the Traktor soundcard with the Virtual DJ software and control disks (Pioneer CDJ-800Mk1 w/BehringerDJX750 Mixer)? I prefer the functionality of Virtual over Traktor!

Any ideas?

EDIT: Alright, I ain't so sure anymore now that I did some googling -.-


I think it is possible to run VDJ with the A6DJ soundcard, not sure about the control cds.

I know you can use it as a straight soundcard (without time code) and i know VDJ is very flexible and they recommend using Serato timecodes but im not sure if it works with Traktor ones. Ask on the VDJ site.
