im starting to DJ in video in two weeks

heres the thing
i have lots of videos purchased on pools
and i have a load of music DVDs

the video will be mixed via virtual DJ on my laptop

so i want to rip the chapters of the DVDs so i can have them on my laptop with the other videos
but i need recomendations on a program that is good for this
preserving sound quality is vital of course

any ideas?
