Same here. It mostly happens when I use the "go to first new post" option. But, it happens often otherwise as well.
1) How should I know... Ask the client!
2) If you put it where I can see it, I'm gonna look at it. If you don't want me to see it, keep it covered up.

Oh and there is a problem with the vips... Our accounts keep active while the vip membership has been expired...

It doesn't expire if you chose the one month option. It renews and you are billed monthly unless you cancel it in Paypal
Over the past few days it has gotten even worse
