Could anyone help me with probably the stupidest question ever....I have read the manual on these new Shure M44-7 premounted to Technics headshell needles I bought (I've never used turntables or even a turntable in my life, bought a pair of used tech 12s the other day though!)

...But I cannot seem to figure out how to get this plastic ring from the tube off the base of the headshell!
