    Mixer Hookup

I am purchasing a new Soundcraft EFX12. It has XLR outputs but my power amp inputs are 1/4 jacks. Can I just use a XLR to 1/4 adapter or cable to hook up my mixer to the power amp?

Before you do that, what type of input is on your amp (balanced or unbalanced)? If it is balanced, then you can get what B3NNY suggest, if it is unbalanced, the best route is to get an impedance adapter to make the conversion.

What amp exactly are you using?
