Sorry, I know this isn't IT but while running the 3d visualizer in Blizzard Eclipse DMX software a few hours ago on my old PC (6 years old?) the screen went all scrambled. This happened before but the computer always returned back to normal after a reboot. Not today however.
The monitor does not recognize the video from the computer and although the lights turn on the PC, it doesn't appear to boot up.
Just wondering if this is common when running a computer that is not equipped to handle 3d graphics? Would this normally mean a new video card, pc? I know the video card is integrated on the motherboard itself.
Note: the computer has run the 3d visualizer for long periods of time before without problems. It does happen occasionally though.
