    That's a 62 frame gif... Sized down to 100x94px it's 489.4K at 256 colours and even at 8 colours it's 116.7K which is still over the 76.2K limit... Can't get it within the limits without cutting some of the frames.

    EDIT: I just cut every other frame and it's still too big.

    Weird. I'm having a similar issue. Dimensions are below the maximum, and it will take the file and place it as my avatar, but the animation is lost.
