    template for wedding dj contract?

Hey y'all glad to be back. So I remember in the old forum some folks being like "oh i use that contract too!"

Essentially I'm looking to develop a contract and checking in to see if you guys know of any templates where I could just do some editing as opposed to writing the whole thing. Call me lazy if you must!

    Thanks!

If you use www.djintelligence.com or www.djeventplanner.com there are plenty on there to use. Just add little extras you may want in there.

Be aware that contract law varies greatly from state to state. Going the cheap and lazy way means you may well have a useless piece of paper which is not enforceable in your state.

Whatever you do, make sure you have a lawyer look it over before you go around using it.

You guys are awesome. I honestly am ok with a useless piece of paper at the stage at which my biz is currently operating. I'm totally under the table so far, so... Just honestly aiming to look legit to clients who ask for one.

Please don't flame me! I figure once I make, say, over 3K in a year doing this, then I'll do all the stuff i need to do to get on the books. Right now 012 is booked for about 2K worth, so I'm close. Feel free to offer constructive advice about all that! I'm still kind of in testing it out phase.
