    I guess if the point is to draw attention to themselves, it makes sense, but these look like the Kicker of the pro audio world.

    Case in point: The Kicker CVR.

    I'm sure it is... A lot of that can be argued about the Kicker CVR as well. But it was clearly designed to look flashy as well as to perform. Just not my preference... It looks like an alien artifact, not a serious speaker. That's all I'm saying.
