Just seen your post noize_unit after I posted. Something fishy is going on for sure. I would be very cautious. Looks way too good to be true.

On the other hand, could be someone who just needs fast money. That's probably a little more than they could get selling to a retailer who would resell them.

That is true but all those ads look like they are from the same guy. Also, he seems to have changed his prices like 3 different time. I would go empty handed without cash first and only make a withdrawal after you have verified that it is all good.
