you'll regret selling the techs when you try to buy them again and they are 500$ each.

no matter what gear you get...never ever ever ever never ever never sell your technics lol. The value on those things alone is reason not to sell. Sure, you can always rebuy them later on...but at like 3 times the price you let them go for.
Are you taking advantage of the midi on your mixer?
I am a gear hog myself and I own 2 v7's, an NS7, and 8 turntables. Although I hardly ever use my turntables any more, I am not getting rid of any of them any time soon. If you don't need the money, and you don't have the room, I would still keep them. Put them in a closet, attic, garage, your parents house, but don't sell them. First of all, they are not getting any cheaper, and they will cost you a lot more to get a pair in the future, when you decide that you want to buy another pair, and you will want another pair in the future. You may not think so know, but you will. Sooner or later you will have the room to set them up again. Plus I don't think technology has left the turntable behind just yet. Sooner or later, someone is going to invent something that is going to make turntable DJing the way to go again. I don't know what it will be, but I am keeping mine around just in case.
By the way, I prefer my NS7 over the 2 V7's. Everything is all included. The mixer on the NS7 is excellent, less wires to deal with too. But I guess if you want to run 4 channels, then the V7's is probably the way to go.
Not really. Right now im playing with vinyl only. I got the TTs to learn oldschool style.
Have been making fair use of the sample banks and eq kill buttons (its perfect for how i like to use effects and eq).
I have a connectiv and timecode vinyl but havent hooked it up yet. I also have an MC6000 which is not getting much use since i dont really play out these days so I will either hook that up for midi controls and swallow the bitter pill, sell it and use the midi on the DDM4000.
I also dont see any need to upgrade the mixer, the DDM4000 does everything i want it. Aside from the Delay the effects and filters are kinda meh but certainly dont warrant a new mixer especially when I can use software effects or make the crazy leap of buying the RMX 1000.
Oh and yea i decided to keep the techs.
Figured maybe i can wait for the next generation of V7 type controllers if i ever get rid of the techs.
Oh whats that you say? You wanna out check my soundcloud?
Keep your turntables, you will make space.![]()

Keep the technics, even if they have to be boxed up and put away to make space for the timebeing, it will always be nice to have them (especially with the sexy custom paintjob, rawr!)
