How to download tracks licensed in EU and not NA?

I have a bit of a dilemma, I'm looking to download 2 high quality mp3 files

Lana Del Rey - Video Games (Adrian Lux & Blende Remix) (only available in sweden itunes store i believe)
Cedric Gervais - Molly (Borgore Remix)

i can paypal whoever downloads the tracks and emails them to me like $5US

i know its not much but it covers the costs of the 2 tracks and maybe a candy bar or something
