Briefly chatted to Surgeon once - for someone known for making such heavy techno he seemed like quite a shy guy, often the way I guess!

Hung out w/ a lot of big time dnb djs. Most hilarious ones are:

Almost getting arrested w/ Skibadee and Shy FX because we were trying to get a better view of the White House.....at 4AM

Getting knocked out by Goldie trying to stop him from attacking a bum(he apologized after I woke up)

Getting lost in DC trying to find a 7 Eleven w/ Hype and Daddy Earl....thats how I got my nick name Italian Dave(now French Dave)

Dj Krust and I got into a fight w/ 3 bouncers after his gig(LOL)

anyways I ended up being AK1200's Ride to the air port. Let me tell you, the due is chill. Great guy. The drive was about an hour long. I didn't go all gush on him. We just talked about live and music. He gave me his views on things and what he thinks of music now vs old and the Ups and Downs of djing.

IT was a great honer to spend the hour drive with him at 3AM!

AK is a great guy. Hung out w/ him tons of times(also w/ Dara, DSL and Messinian).


I always laugh at people that feel they can't talk to the djs/artists they look up to. Honestly they are just regular people.

Dude hit me w/ a two piece combo. I had the Metalheadz logo in a form of a bruise on my forehead for a few days.

I got to kick it with Shiftee before a gig that he was booked for in my city. My boy had him over at their place before so we were just kicking it in a grimy basement, practicing our scratches on vinyl and talking music. We all went for sushi before heading to the gig.

Well it wasn't the intent. Just wondering who else had similar type of experiences. Not trying to be all like look at me, I'm cool because I chilled with this person. The conversation we had was just awesome. Just wondering if anyone else had ever had a moment like that.

I've hung out with some pretty cool DJs before. J Rabbit, Terravita, Evol Intent, AK1200, Dara, etc. Most of them were pretty chill people.

Use to hang out with DJ Q Bert. Before he was famous. He went to the same H.S. I did. Balboa H.S. in S.F., CA
And somewhat of a S.F. celebrity DJ, Cameron Paul, was the first person that taught me how to DJ.

Oh another one, hanging out w/ Dylan for an entire weekend. He went with me to get my lip pierced and he is responsible for the tattoo on my wrist. Its a watch w/ an N on the face.
