That's the down fall with photoshop. It doesn't do vector images. You can't even export as vector because it pixel based. You need Illustrator or Indesign for Vector based illustrations and design. An often over looked feature of illustrator is the live trace tool. Look up some tuts on that. Also, if you are good with the pen tool, you can recreate anything made in PS with Illustrator.

As far as im aware you cant in photoshop you need either corel draw or illustrator to create vector artwork

Somebody off another forum came to me with a photograph of graffiti from Afghanistan and wanted it on their Jeep so worked on putting it into outline format and cut - came out pretty well
