A pioneer djm mixer has 4 channels, for use with 4 tracks that you want to mix. The mixer as we all know is abundant in clubs, and great for mixing, not for scratching. Alot of people only use the mixer to mix 2 tracks.
I have 2 technics, and I am looking for a new mixer. I was looking at pioneers, but then I started pondering that idea of mixing 4 tracks. I don't have 4 technics, but I do have traktor scratch pro. Now would this be a good idea to get a pioneer even though I only have 2 technics, or is there another mixer I should be looking at? How optimal would it be to have this set up?
I was thinking about getting a battle mixer, because I can scratch and also mix with it, possibly a gemini brand, or stanton brand.
