M-Audio GSR12 Question. Help please!

Hey guys,
So the other week I got two GSR 12s from pssl.com. I was away, and until like a week ago I hadn't opened them. I opened the one and tested it. It worked fine, the hissing was a little loud until music came through, but other than that I was happy with it. I open the second one and test it and it randomly starts clicking and turning off despite the switch being on. I've tried switching cords, outlets, etc. What should I do? Should I send it back to pssl or Avid? Is there a way to easily fix this because the shipping is going to be expensive.

Contact them, if it's DOA, im sure PSSL will help you out with a return shipping label too. They're a big enough company that should stand behind their service.
