So there's a local club opening soon, and there having a casting call for dj's , promoters , and emcees. Should I practice a routine for it? I just got this email today for next sunday really short reminder. How long do you think they'll let me DJ for? I've never heard of a casting call but I want to take a chance I feel I'm better than alot of DJ's in my area.

E-mail them back and ask what exactly they're looking for. Type of music, length...etc.
Why wouldn't you go?? What do you have to lose? You've got nothing to lose.

GL the promoters are tools there I had to dj the Colombian festival again in Elizabeth last Sunday anyway
in other words its not a new club opening, just a change of name so a opening DJ call now is a way of looking for free DJs to open since they more than likely burned there bridges with other DJs. Becareful now
