Abstract Gladiator Revolution

Hey,

I was looking for a pair for dirt cheap scanners which were fairly bright that I could use to add to my rig (which currently stands at two ADJ x-move LED's plus and two equinox carbons) What I was hoping to do for a little bit was to have on my lighting bar:


Moving head - Scanner - Equinox Carbon - Scanner - Moving head

The carbon being in the centre.

Anyway someone offered me a pair of abstract gladiator Revolutions 250w for £80 and if i wanted the flight case for £20. Seeing as they are old (and will be replaced when I get enough money for a good decent pair of scanners) do you think they would be ok to add to the rig for the time being.

Save your money and buy nicer scanners. Don't do what a lot of us did and buy lights just to have more lights. It gets tacky looking.

Well i don't really see anything bad about these ones,

I know several DJ's who use them and they have a fairly nice spread and effect, the light shows they produce is pretty cool too.
