Niagara Falls is nothing but Tourism. But there is a good amount of Wineries in Niagara on the Lake.

I love the Royal Ontario Museum, and if you're a history nerd, you might enjoy it too.

I would checkout the waterfront, it's got a lot of ambiance n stuff. Other than just walk along Queen St West, or take a ride on any of the streetcar lines. They go through such a wide range of neighbourhoods, from the beaches to the financial district, to high park. In fact I would definitely recommend checking out High park, it's one of my favourite places. Also Little Italy is really cool with all the patio cafés and ofcourse amazing gelato.

In Niagara Falls YOU HAVE TO go on the Maid of the Mist, which is the boat the goes right beneath the falls. It's so cool!

+1 for Little Italy. Mad Italian is pretty good for gelato. While in that area check out Kensington Market, great little foodie spots all over the area. I'm a fan of El Trompo for their tacos but there are tons of other spots in the same block. Being from Chi-town if you can't make it to Montreal for poutine (awesome city too) hit up Poutini's or Smoke's for some pretty decent fries/gravy/cheese curds/coronary thrombosis. At night College Street and King West districts are great for nightlife. If you wanna pick up hot drunken mid-20s chicas the Liberty Village area near downtown has some nice bars to cater to all the crazy dense condo culture that sprang up there.

People don't often tourist it up at Yonge and Eglinton, there's a bit of fun walking there. Waterfront is good and there's almost always some sort of festival or something going on for little to no charge. If you wanna geek it up check out Moog Audio on Queen West for gear and music. Finally if you're a hat junkie there's a New Era flagship store, pick up a Toronto hat as a "cooler than a miniature CN Tower" souvenir.
