    Webcam/camera suggestions or streaming

Many of you know that I used to do a Faderwave show for a few years and had a really good camera for the show.

Well, I have since started doing a weekly show again, but cannot find the power supply for said camera. I currently have a pretty good webcam, but it continually refocuses and seems to be unavoidable due to the continual movement while djing.

I haven't priced out a new power supply, but may consider just getting a new USED camera if something better is available. I'm interested in spending less than $100.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

just a suggestion, maybe if you went into the webcam software and disabled auto focus this may fix the issues you have,i have experienced this problem before while streaming with software such as manycam etc

I se you solved the problem, but if you're ever in the hunt for another webcam, look up the MicroSoft LifeCam Studio. It's what I've got and the thing is a beast of a webcam. Has a larger sensor than most, which gives it great low-light performance and a wide field of view. It captures 1080p and it looks great. The software allows for full manual control, too. Well worth the $50.

Do you know if it works on OSX?
