another point to consider is that in the long term the mixer is gonna keep its value better while controllers lose value much more quickly.

use it, have you way with it and then sell it..

If you're going to sell anything, sell the 4trak and the X1s and buy CDJs and a DVS.
Still, the 4Trak seems to be a Traktorized NS6 - so I'd play around with it before selling it. If you like it, sell off the X1s and DJM-800... but you were going to do that anyway...
