consider thinking in terms of bar tabs rather than pay scales. you can do that for guys and girls. everyone likes to get drunk for free, and its cheaper for the bar. not to mention it ensures your promoters will show up. maybe allow them to "buy" drinks for patrons they invite. "1st drink is on me" or some such.

you literally described everything "promotional models" do lol. they get paid from like $15 to $80 and hour to "promote" stuff like liquor and events. why not a residency? sadly, it works...so why wouldnt you? flyers and stuff are cool but most people just throw that shit out. theres tons of stuff you could do to promote, but wtf do i know im a dj not a promoter lol

Hawt hos make everything better. Unfortunately, they're expensive.

If you need promoting, be careful because hawt hos really only promote themselves.
