Hiring chicks to promote your residency

I'm looking into this option to get more people into my bar

So far the idea is to get some girls to go to the tourist hostels and universities and basically drum together groups of people to go out to the bar

I have no experience in this though

Just wondering if any of you can offer any tips or ideas

Obviously they are going to be good looking and fun people to be around cos that attracts more people

    Have you done this?
What payment structure do you use ?

We don't charge entry fee anyway

Is it alright to refer to women as 'birds'?

If I'm not allowed to use the term 'smashing bit of crumpet' to describe a lady I'm leaving this forum

Among my closest friends we generally refer to women as whores, bitches, or sluts.

And everyone on DJF is one of my closest friends.

back on topic... i dont think hiring women is a good idea, im not sure women who consider themselves for hire for that type of work will be what you want to promote your bar... i mean how stuck up your own arse do you have to be to get paid for attracting people to a venue cos 'im so cool they will all want to be there'

what i suggest is flyers through letter boxes, in shops(clothes shops, salons, restaurants the kind of places young people would notice them) and on notice boards or wherever else your allowed them. and maybe getting a gang of your friends to turn up and get the night going, then people will see its fairly busy and stop for a drink. ive noticed a lot of people only stop in the busy places and either drink up quickly or just not enter the quiet ones... if that doesnt work maybe you need to look at the area and whats attracting crowds. maybe look at changing your music policy. just think every man and his dog is doing cheesy dance and commercial hiphop, people may want something more contemporary just for a change(i played soul funk and disco with a bit of soulful house and the odd old skool hip hop track thrown in and i was suprised that both really young and the 25-35 crowd loved it) other than that im not sure what to do. drink offers tend to get people in but they arnt always the right kind of people and its up the bar owner if he wants to do that or not

Do bitches get bitches to come to clubs? For tourists you probably need some hot dudes walking around to get all the sluts to come to your bar. then guys will come.
