Crossfade curve hack?

I would like to setup my Numark mixer for scratching and would like to adjust the curve of the crossfader.

After some google-ing I found a lot of pages that linked here...

Editors note: I would fit a ganged potentiometer (which is one knob and one unit) instead of 2 individual pots. A double ganged 100K linear pot isn't going to cost ya much from Mouser or Digi-Key.
