Miss frashchat.
We could simply use FWR's chat on Ustream. It's IRC based and open to anyone. It also has the added benefit of being able to see when a DJ is broadcasting...

I actually liked the old chat system... It was easy, accessible and was a part of the site instead of navigating away from the site
