Sorry missed this question but I will answer in case anyone really wants to know..........
1. auto room EQ - when I purchased the driverack pa2 it was my intentions to use it regularly, the reality is I've never once used it or tested it primarily due to Time restraints and laziness. So I tune by ear which I've been totally satisfied with.
2. limiters - the limiter has a wide range of settings so you can choose to be aggressive or not noticeable at all. When I am Djing I set it to not noticeable at all but when I'm providing sound to a DJ who red lines constantly I intentionally set it too aggressive so he can noticeably hear when the system is protecting itself. I've had great success with training redlining DJs with the aggressive limiter because I only take him off the leash once they learn.
3. AFS - this is another feature that I rarely ever use but the times that I have I have not noticed any negative effects aka holes.
4. full router solution - yes I am using the Apple express + ipad wirelessly which I highly recommend. This is by far one of the greatest features on the PA2, it literally takes you from 30 year old, old school analog tuning from behind the speakers (check - tune - check - tune) to tuning in front of the speakers anywhere in the room with ease and perfection. It's so great I cannot go back to the old school way. I also have a QSC touch mix 16 which is also wireless, I can control both applications from one iPad if I want to be mobile or use two iPads if I want to remain stationary anywhere in the venue.

Paris, I am late on this one but that's a GREAT setup you have there. Good choice with those JTR dual 18" cabinets, something I've had an eye on for some time myself. I take it you were still waiting on the DB Technologies INGENIA IG4T tops to arrive when you took the video & is why you have the RCF in their place?
Yea, beautiful! That must pound.
I also see you made the move from the Mackie board you used to have over to the QSC Touch Mix mixer, I have the same mixer. I love how clean the preamp section sounds & it brings a lot to the table to the point that for basic setups you can leave behind your DSP, plus the added wireless feature brings it almost to perfection.
Thanks but yea thats exactly what happened, i had a big event and the DB Technologies INGENIA IG4T tops were LATE on arrival so had to use the RCF 745's. By the way I had Jeff customize the subs with m20 pole mounts on the tops and sides of the subs and 4 additional casters on the back of the sub.

yes sold the Mackie about 3 yrs ago, The qsc touchmix and all its features are so great ive been leaving the DBX Driverack PA2 at home alot unless its a big event. The wireless feature is a must have since i first tried it on the PA2, the touchmix goes almost everywhere now.

So the IG4T's have a pole mount in the bottom? What about when you have all four running, do you still place them in the pole mount? Or how do you support them?
sorry its been a while since ive been here, THE tops have connecting brackets so its actually 2 speakers per colunm not 1. yes they have standard pole mounts....heres a lil update
